Additionally, we locally provide access to civil aviation authorities, the airport operator, ground handling agents, the trade and media contacts. The experienced sales team are familiar with the travel agents, including the different traffic segments the various agents largely handle. Proactiveness is one of the key KPIs for our sales team – from tracking competitive pricing to forward booked loads vis-à-vis the competition from GDS, working with the airline’s revenue management team to achieve sales targets, securing series group travel for forward revenue base, and ensuring the airline recall is high amongst agents, corporate accounts and FIT travellers.

However, any marketing and publicity carried out locally is coordinated with the airline’s HQ marketing and public relations department ito ensure alignment with the airline’s brand and publicity guidelines.
