Author of the concept of creation of Free Economic Zones – Inter Ports in Ukraine (1994), concept of the youth hostels in Ukraine creation (1999-2000) as well as concept of the national Eco lodges network (2010). Co-author of the concept for youth tourist infrastructure development in Ukraine for Euro 2012. Author of the project for the National Camping Network development (2012). Mentor & co-founder of the national tourist clusters movement in Ukraine (2018). EBRD Local Expert for Travel & HoReCa (2019).

Adam Walsh United Kingdom

Adam Walsh is a Travel Industry expert who has been Managing Director of several businesses across the travel space, with experience in hotel and property management, travel technology development, supply and online distribution.
Previous roles with major UK travel companies like, Thomas Cook, TUI and smaller independents like Ski France, NBV Leisure, and Eurogroup have given him a holistic understanding of the travel trade from every angle.
During the last 35 years, Adam has been involved in several start-up and young businesses in the UK and Overseas; working with service providers and DMC’s, vacation rental platforms, online ticketing, tours & activities and connectivity solution providers.





My career is based on solid market experience working in sales and through relationships for national and multinational companies, such as: Trend Operator, Avipam Turismo, Wings, Alatur and American Express corporate and Card.
At American Express, I worked for 17 years as a Team Manager for the past 5 years as Sales Director, Corporate Card and Corporate travel.
My Career was highlighted for driving good performance for business organizations in Brazil. My Performance was based in building and developing partnerships and business opportunities with the market, as well as leading high-performance teams and strategic business units.
I have 35 years of experience in corporate leadership, management, facilitating teams to develop and extract their best potential. With Focus on high level relationship with the market and prospect new business opportunities with major suppliers.
Extensive experience in corporate and business restructuring with proven start-up and turnaround skills. I Represented whithin companies with the market, government, trade associations and the press.





I, as the founder and principal of the “EB Consultoria, Lda”, Emidio Baptista, was born in Portugal and has spent most of my working life across 4 continents in the hospitality Industry. I started my hospitality career in 1977 in Mass, USA, where I graduated from a local College in Hotel Restaurant Catering Management.
In reference to my truly professional experience as an F&B Manager, I have learned with the best in my time spent in cruise ship companies as Chandris/Celebrity, Regent Cruises, Explorer Starship, and Renaissance Cruises.
I feel I am quite acquainted with the African continent today, forged in assignments passed in Sudan, Morocco, Angola, Guine-Bissau, Guine Equatorial and Mozambique where is going now into his 8 years term.
My Catering career as F&B Manager, took him to 4 different Continents till I have reached the position of Hotel GM in 1988, for a hotel group in the Algarve supervising 3 Hotels, 5 Restaurants and a 250 umbrella beach concession. I have also worked within various notorious hotel chains as GM to the like of Hotti Hotels, Pestana Hotels, The Meridien Hotels, Rani Resorts. It was a time that I had 4 Forks Michelin Restaurant in the Luxury Algarve’s Resort of Vale do Lobo, Portugal.
My Consultant career was taking off in 1998 for the RPM International, Claygate, London, with the delivering of Customer Care training courses in Spain and Cyprus. In 2000 I took my Pedagogics Trainer Certification/CAP with the National Portuguese Training Authority in Lisbon, and started to deliver courses wherever along with my Hotel GM assignments, accumulating my professional hotel career with the one as training consultant.

Nowadays, and since 2013 I have created my own Consulting training agency in Nampula, Northern Mozambique, leading local entrepreneurs and catering staff to discover a true quality of our mission, to present to guests and patrons the best service we can provided. I believe and I feel the rush, even in my mature age, to be dynamic and open-minded, as part of the fuel that passionate me still looking into the actual hospitality industry challenges. My fulfillment and motivation is high in passing my professional knowledge based on my global experiences and worldwide seasoned skills, to local starters and the African youth that is being really introduced to the wonders of the past, the present and the future of the hospitality industry.

A Regional Partner or Representative will help reply to investors/entrepreneurs who reside in their own country and speak the same language. A representative is NOT limited to the country of choice and can still work worldwide. As a representative, your mission is to bring firms, partners, entrepreneurs, mentors, and investors. This can be done through your networks or while you are attending conferences. You could be speaking about Yieldmaster’s technical consulting and present it.
